Stevi Waggoner is a seasoned professional in customer success and strategic initiatives, currently contributing to Cisco's efforts in go-to-market revenue growth and retention since May 2025. Previously, Waggoner served as the Leader of Customer Success at Webex Events (formerly Socio), guiding a team of Customer Success Managers to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue. With a track record of improving gross revenue and logo retention by 5% per quarter during FY24 and FY25, Waggoner also held roles that included Senior Customer Success Manager and Client Success Manager at Angie's List, managing substantial account portfolios and developing robust account engagement strategies. Additionally, Waggoner brings entrepreneurial experience as the Owner and Lead Photographer of Honey & Salt Photography, established shortly after graduating from Ball State University with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and further education at the Herron School of Art + Design.
