Sung Moon is a leader in Hardware Engineering at Cisco, where they manage thermal design and qualification of the Cisco 8000 series for large-scale AI and hyperscale data center routing infrastructures. Previously, they served as a Program Manager at 3M, establishing thermal management technology platforms for the data center industry. With extensive experience at Intel Corporation, they directed advanced packaging technology development and led thermal design initiatives for smartphone applications. Sung holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Inha University.
