Susan Bastion

Susan Bastion is a Psychometrics Manager at Cisco, specializing in the design, development, maintenance, and evaluation of certification exams and programs. With a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and Research from The University of Kansas, Susan has a robust background as an instructor, having taught research methods and data analysis at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Previously, Susan worked as a psychometrician at Cisco and served as a research assistant at the Center for Educational Testing and Evaluation, contributing to various state assessment programs. Susan also began their career as a Technology Education Teacher and has been involved in curriculum development and program evaluation throughout their career.
