Swati Saran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer experience, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Cisco since August 2006. Over the past two years, Swati has focused on revamping the post-sales customer support model to enhance customer success in a recurring revenue business environment. Swati has built a team of over 500 members within the new recurring revenue operations organization. Prior roles at Cisco include leading the Global Service Provider customer experience, managing substantial portfolio investments for growth in targeted markets, and transforming service provider operations for improved customer satisfaction. Previous experience includes significant positions at Agere Systems, Alcatel-Lucent, and AT&T, complemented by an M.B.A. from Lehigh University and a B.S. in Electronics & Communication from Manipal Institute of Technology.
