Taeyjuana Lyons, Ph.D., PMP, is a Business Intelligence Leader in Customer Insights & Action at Cisco. They possess extensive experience in both academia and industry, having previously held roles such as Postdoctoral Research Assistant at the University of Maryland Baltimore County and Subject Matter Expert at Eccalon, LLC. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from the University of Michigan, they have contributed to interdisciplinary research involving advanced fields like nanotechnology and biophysics. Notably, they have demonstrated strong leadership in managing analytics teams and developing strategic initiatives that drive customer engagement and operational improvements.
