Taryn Petryk is an experienced leader in organizational development and diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Equity & Fairness Consulting at Cisco, Taryn leads a team focused on integrating social justice best practices into corporate strategies. From 2005 to 2016, Taryn held various roles at the University of Michigan, including Assistant Director of the Program on Intergroup Relations, where they developed impactful social justice education initiatives. Additionally, Taryn has provided organizational consulting and training through Thriving Inclusion since 2007 and has been involved in leadership development with LeaderShape, Inc. Taryn is pursuing a Master of Education while holding a BS in Interpersonal Communications and Psychology from Eastern Michigan University.
