Tobin Dommer

Tobin Dommer is an experienced M&A and corporate venture capital attorney and business advisor currently serving as Director and Associate General Counsel at Cisco, where they lead legal support for global acquisitions and investment transactions. Previously, Tobin was a partner at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, where they advised C-level executives in corporate development and transaction strategies. Their earlier career includes positions at White & Lee LLP, Ropers Majeski Kohn & Bentley, and Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, focusing on mergers, asset purchases, and complex intellectual property transactions.
