Tom Kim

Tom Kim is currently the Korea Customer Experience Leader at Cisco, bringing over seven years of leadership in customer experience to the role. Previously, Tom held multiple positions at Cisco, including TS Country Manager, where they managed business operations and critical escalations. Tom also gained experience at Hyundai Information & Technology as a Network Consultant and Project Manager. Currently, Tom is pursuing a Master of Science in Information & Communication Engineering and an MBA from prestigious institutions.
