Tristan Besson

Tristan Besson is a Technical Leader at Cisco, currently leveraging statistics and machine learning to enhance the quality and availability of Cisco’s network. Previously, Tristan worked as a Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer, contributing to the production readiness of the ThousandEyes WAN Insights product. Tristan also designed and implemented the core machine learning algorithms for Cisco's AI Network Analytics during an internship, which was recognized in a Master Thesis. With experience in various roles and organizations, including acting as a coach at EPFL and serving as a temporary mission consultant at SARL SOURCES DU PESTRIN, Tristan holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Science in Microengineering from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne.
