Umu Guleid

Umu Guleid is a seasoned Solutions Engineer with extensive experience at Cisco and alltasksIT from 2015 to 2025, where they also served as a Solutions Engineering Leader. Previously, they were an IT Officer and Systems Administrator at MICROMINE from 2007 to 2013. Currently, Umu is pursuing a Bachelor of Information Technology with a focus on Mobile Computing and Network Administration at Edith Cowan University, building on their previous education with a Master's degree in Computer and Network Security from the same institution.
