Usman T. is a Director of Service Delivery at Cisco, leading the customer experience delivery engagements for Public Sector, Enterprise, and Commercial accounts in Canada. With over 25 years of experience across multiple sectors, Usman has a strong background in project implementation, consulting, and operational efficiency. Prior to Cisco, they held significant roles at JPMorgan Chase Bank, Siemens Business Services, and the Government of Alberta, where they managed complex portfolios and delivered transformational initiatives. Usman earned an MSc in Information Management from the University of Strathclyde and completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School.
