Vrati Doshi, MSc, RRT, is currently the Clinical Lead for Customer Experience Healthcare at Cisco, where they focus on aligning advisory services with the needs of healthcare customers. With a background in healthcare consulting and clinical expertise, Vrati previously served as a Healthcare Strategy and Operations Consultant at Advocate Health Care and as a Respiratory Therapist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. They hold a Master of Science in Respiratory Care from Rush University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. Throughout their career, Vrati has driven initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and operational excellence.
