Vukota Pekovic

Vukota Pekovic currently serves as the General Manager of the Cisco Silicon One R&D Center in Serbia since December 2022, following a tenure as General Manager at SYRMIA Networks before its acquisition by Cisco. Vukota has held multiple managerial roles, including leading YRIS Solutions and managing three sites for Veriest, overseeing daily operations and ensuring financial and legal compliance. With experience at RT-RK Computer Based Systems, Vukota has progressed from Head of QA System R&D Group to Head of Sales and Marketing, demonstrating expertise in embedded systems design, project management, and team leadership across various engineering and operational domains. Prior experience includes senior roles in system architecture and software engineering at MicronasNIT. Vukota's technical proficiency spans multiple programming languages and technologies including C, C++, and PHP. Education was completed at Univerzitet u Novom Sadu.
