Wayne Varney

Wayne Varney is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Leader of Systems Engineering for Cloud & AI Infrastructure at Cisco in Australia and New Zealand. Previously, Wayne held various leadership roles at Cisco, including Team Lead for the European Data Center Practice and Global Customer Support, where they successfully managed teams delivering architecture and consulting services. Wayne began their career as a Communications Specialist at The Smiths Snackfood Company and has also worked as a Consultant at Accenture Technology Solutions. Wayne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with Honors from the University of New South Wales and is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence for Business at Deakin University.
