Weili CAI

Weili Cai has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, having held key roles at Nortel Networks, Cisco, and Nokia Siemens Networks. As a Lab Project Manager at Nortel Networks from October 2003 to December 2004, Weili Cai ensured timely and budget-conscious delivery of R&D project materials and managed lab network design and system installation. In the role of Senior Product Verification Engineer, Weili Cai led interoperability testing and product verification for Nortel's Soft Switch and NGN systems. At Cisco since May 2013, Weili Cai serves as an Account Systems Engineer, providing technical presales support and solution architecture to meet sales targets. Concurrently, as a Solution Architect at Nokia Siemens Networks, Weili Cai focuses on designing telco value-added services and analyzing customer needs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Automation of Electric Power Systems from Nanchang University, an M.B.A. from Université de Poitiers, and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution.
