Will Kimmey

Will Kimmey is the Director and Associate General Counsel at Cisco, where they lead legal efforts focused on product compliance, market access, and cross-functional initiatives. Previously, Will served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Cisco, providing legal support for innovations and product commercialization. Their experience includes roles as Principal Legal Counsel at SAS and Attorney at Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP, where they specialized in commercial transactions and real estate law. Will began their career in sports media, writing for outlets such as ESPN and Baseball America, before transitioning to law. They hold a JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
