William Nellis

William Nellis has a robust background in communications and network engineering, with military experience as a Sergeant in the USMC from May 1996 to May 2001, where management of multiple deployments in support of the 3rd Marine Division was achieved, utilizing technologies such as Banyan Vines, Cisco routers, and various operating systems. Nellis transitioned to Cox Communications, serving from 2001 to 2007 as a Network Engineer and later as a Network Architect, successfully scaling the customer base from 70,000 to over 1 million addresses and implementing sustainable processes for network growth. Since 2007, Nellis has held positions at Cisco Systems, progressing from Senior Network Consulting Engineer to Senior Systems Engineer-Technical Architect. Nellis holds a Master's Degree in Information Security and Assurance, an M.B.A. in Finance, and a Bachelor's Degree in Global Business, all obtained from Western Governors University and Arizona State University.
