William Wan serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Cisco since May 2021. Prior to this role, William held the position of Head of APAC at Helios Data Inc. from January 2020 to April 2021. William's extensive background in customer service includes serving as Customer Service Senior Director for APAC at Juniper Networks from April 2004 to June 2019, and as TAC Manager for APAC at Netscreen Technologies from July 2001 to April 2004. William's career began at AT&T as an IT Specialist from September 1999 to July 2001, which followed an earlier role as IT Specialist at IBM from November 1998 to September 1999. William earned a Master's degree in Information Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where studies took place from 1992 to 1998.
