Yael R. currently serves as Country HR for Cisco, where responsibilities include consulting, developing, and executing Country People & Culture plans to enhance compliance, change, and engagement. Prior to this role, Yael R. was a Human Resources Business Partner at Cisco's incubation and innovation unit, Outshift, facilitating the integration of the Lightspin team.
