Yao has over 17 years of experience in operations and supply chain management. They began their career at NS-tech Group from 1996 to 2000, overseeing sourcing and sales before moving to IBM, where they worked from 2000 to 2005 in supply chain management and value engineering. From 2005 to 2007, Yao served as Manager of ODM/OEM Operations and Sourcing at IBM/Lenovo. Currently, Yao is the Operation Manager in Supply Chain at Cisco, managing a substantial Data Center business and leading various supply chain strategies and initiatives.
