Yitze Chen

Yitze Chen is a Senior Tax Director focused on M&A and international tax at Cisco, where they lead teams in deal execution and integration, partnering with various departments to advance acquisition strategies. With prior roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen, Yitze has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, tax structuring, and due diligence. They also serve on the Board of Directors for the Tax Executives Institute in Silicon Valley. Yitze holds a JD from Georgia State University College of Law and completed a Strategies for Leadership Program at IMD Business School.
