Max Smith

Max Smith is an experienced professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as a Senior People Advisor at Cisilion since October 2022. Prior to this role, Max held various positions at Cisilion including People Operations Executive and People Operations Assistant. Max's career also includes experience as an HR and Finance Administration Assistant at Oaks Park High and roles at Chessington World of Adventures Resort as a Commercial Administrator and Team Leader. Max is pursuing CIPD qualifications with a Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management expected by June 2025 and previously completed a Level 3 Diploma in Human Resources Practice. Max holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, obtained in 2019.
