Ahmed Uradde

Ahmed Uradde has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ahmed currently works as a Commercial Account Manager at ZeroFOX since June 2021. Prior to that, they were with Cision for more than five years, starting as a Customer Service Executive in November 2015 and later transitioning to an Account Manager role in November 2019. At Cision, Ahmed managed portfolios of over 700 and 220 clients, respectively, building and maintaining excellent relationships with them. Ahmed ensured client renewals and upsold various products and services while conducting training sessions and attending client meetings. Before joining Cision, Ahmed worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Serco from April 2014 to August 2015. In this role, they dealt with challenging customers, provided advice, and maintained customer complaint cases.

From 2007 to 2011, Ahmed Uradde attended Liverpool John Moores University, where they obtained a 2:1 BSc (Hons) degree in Forensic Science and Technology.
