Alicia Patel

Alicia Patel is a corporate attorney with extensive experience in contractual law and intellectual property. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Cision since March 2025, Alicia previously worked as Contracts Counsel at Netwrix Corporation from August 2021 to 2025, and as an Associate Attorney at Varner & Brandt LLP for a brief period in 2021. Alicia holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Northeastern University School of Law, where involvement included the Alumni/ae Relations Committee and serving as Event Coordinator for the Intellectual Property Society. Educational background also includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Medicine from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Additional roles include legal internships at organizations such as Vericel® Corporation, Boston Consulting Group, and the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office.
