Alison Candelaria

Vice President, Enterprise Sales - Southeast Region at Cision

Alison Candelaria has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Alison started their career in 2005 as a Catering/Events Assistant at Pickwick and Frolic Restaurant & Events. In 2008, they joined PR Newswire as a Senior Editor for the International Desk and gradually progressed to roles such as Inside Sales Representative, Manager of Communications Strategy, and Director of International Sales.

In 2017, Alison joined Cision as the Director of International Sales, where they communicated with global brands to develop and refine global communications strategies. Alison was responsible for generating over $25 million in annual revenue and achieving year-over-year growth. Alison then transitioned to the role of National Account Manager, North American Strategic Accounts, where they worked with key national brands to provide guidance on innovative solutions.

Currently, Alison serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Sales for Cision's Southeast Region, leading a team of Enterprise Account Directors. Their responsibilities include managing and growing a large portfolio of customers across the Midwest, East Coast, and Southeast US. Alison also coaches and develops their team to exceed goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Throughout their career, Alison has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive seamless customer experiences.

Alison Candelaria earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Spanish from Ohio University. In addition, they obtained a certification in Social Media Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in March 2021.
