Amanda Huening

Amanda Huening has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Amanda began their career as a Team Member at Graeter's Ice Cream, where they provided exceptional customer service. Amanda then worked as a Sales Associate at Crumbs Bake Shop and Victoria's Secret, where they assisted customers and handled sales transactions. Amanda also gained experience as a Social Media Intern at STEM Girl Social Network, managing social media pages and promoting company events. Amanda worked as a Stylist at francesca's®, creating a unique shopping environment and delivering excellent customer service. Amanda then interned at RedLine Resources, completing the full-cycle recruitment process and filling over 30 roles. Amanda continued their recruitment experience as a Research Intern at Ekistic Ventures, collaborating on a training system and conducting research to improve software. Amanda also worked as a Client and Operations Assistant at SmithBucklin, managing client accounts and negotiating contracts. Amanda then joined JobGiraffe as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, providing HR and recruiting support. Currently, Amanda is employed at Cision as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and acts as the Subject Matter Expert of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), leading training sessions and leveraging data for recruitment metrics and reporting. Amanda ensures smooth TA operations by managing job postings and sourcing platforms.

Amanda Huening pursued their education at DePaul University from 2014 to 2018, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services. In addition to their degree, they obtained the LeverTRM Administrator certification from Lever in June 2023.
