Anna Jozwiak

Anna Jozwiak has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position is as a Content Specialist at Cision, starting in June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the Toronto International Film Festival from 2018 to 2021, first as a Scanning Assistant in Festival Services and then as a Scanning Coordinator in Visitor Experience.

From 2017 to 2020, Anna was employed at Oliver and Bonacini Events as an Event Operations staff member. Before that, they held the role of Event Supervisor at The Butler Did It from 2016 to 2019, where they executed and managed various types of events and acted as a liaison between clients and event staff.

In 2017, Anna held the position of Events Marketing and Media Intern at Women of Influence Inc., where they assisted with event coordination, program management, and marketing and design tasks. Anna also had a role as an Event Coordinator at George Brown College from 2017 to 2017.

Additionally, Anna gained experience in the film industry as a Ticketing Services staff member at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2017 and as an Independent Film Journalist at CPH:DOX in 2015. Anna also worked as a Co-screenwriter and Concept Developer at Det Danske Filminstitut (DFI) from 2015 to 2015.

Furthermore, Anna has skills in photography, graphic design, and web design, having worked as a Conceptual Photographer at The Lightcrawler from 2014 to 2015. Anna has also showcased their photography in an exhibition during the 2015 Copenhagen Photography Festival and designed various marketing materials for artists.

Anna Jozwiak has a diverse education history. In 2002, they attended the University of Lodz where they pursued studies in clinical psychology until 2004. Afterward, from 2005 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Arts Program in Cultural Studies, specializing in Film and Visual Arts, at the same university. In 2009, they returned to the University of Lodz for a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinema Studies and Digital Art, which they completed in 2011.

In 2016, Anna enrolled at George Brown College and successfully completed a Diploma in Special Event Management with Honours in 2017. Additionally, in March of the same year, they obtained a certification in Technical Meeting & Event Production from the Event Leadership Institute.
