Erin M. Larkin

Erin M. Larkin has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of industries. Erin M. began their career as a Director of Youth Ministry at Saints Faith Hope & Charity Catholic Church in 2005. After that, they worked as a High School Teacher at Loyola Academy from 2006 to 2007. Erin then transitioned into the field of education, working at the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2012 as an Academic Advisor, Enrollment Advisor, and eventually as a Senior Enrollment Advisor/Team Lead.

In 2012, Erin joined Strategic Coach as a Consultant & Coach for Successful Entrepreneurs, where they managed workshops and provided coaching services to help entrepreneurs achieve breakthrough results. Erin M. then worked at Everwise from 2014 to 2018, taking on various roles including Experience Manager, Manager of Partnership Success, and Match & Mentoring Onboard Specialist/Client Experience Manager.

From 2018 to 2018, Erin worked at Elevate Services as a National Account Manager, collaborating with sales and marketing to improve operational strategies for law firms and corporate law departments. Erin M. also worked as a Strategy Coach at Advance Your Reach from 2018 to 2020, helping individuals and organizations leverage speaking to build their businesses.

In 2020, Erin joined Randstad USA as a Career Transition Consultant, assisting impacted employees and job seekers with outplacement and career development services. Erin M. then moved on to Growth Tools in 2020 as a Digital Marketing Coach, providing tools and training to help individuals sell their products and services. Most recently, in 2022, Erin joined Cision as a Director of Client Relations, where they focus on developing partnerships with clients and representing the company's voice to clients.

Erin M. Larkin holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, which they obtained from the University of Phoenix between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at St. Ambrose University from 2000 to 2004. Erin graduated from Joliet Catholic Academy with a High School Diploma in the year 2000. Additionally, Erin has obtained several certifications, including the Randstad Risesmart Career Coach Authority and the randstad risesmart career mobility team certifications from randstad risesmart | outplacement | loopbaanbegeleiding in 2021 and 2020 respectively. Erin M. also holds the Inbound Certification from HubSpot which they obtained in September 2015. In 2012, Erin acquired the KOLBE certification from Kolbe Corp.
