Fatimata Ndiaye

Fatimata NDIAYE currently serves as the Western Europe HR Director at XBP Europe, overseeing HR strategy across France, Spain, and Morocco within the Business Process Management and Finance software sectors. Previous roles include Western Europe HR Director and France HR Director at Cision, where responsibilities included aligning HR processes, managing transformation projects, and developing annual HR objectives. Fatimata's extensive HR experience also encompasses roles at AMELIS (SODEXO), managing workforce strategy and dialogue; Sodexo, handling administrative personnel tasks for a large workforce; and AUSY, focusing on recruitment for IT profiles.
