Katie Rich

Katie Rich has over 15 years of work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Katie is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cision since January 2022. Prior to this, they were a Talent Acquisition Lead at umlaut company from September 2014 to May 2021. In this role, they developed strategies to attract diverse candidates, created communication and marketing plans, and established strong relationships with executives and hiring managers. Before that, Katie was a Lead Corporate Recruiter at MPS Group from September 2007 to September 2014, where they visited colleges and job fairs to inform people about job opportunities and collaborated with various departments to define job qualifications. Katie also worked as a Staffing Manager at Ultimate Staffing from December 2005 to April 2007.

Katie Rich earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Northwood University. Katie attended the university from 2001 to 2005.
