Manasingarao Shitole

Manasingarao Shitole has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Manasingarao started their career as a Project Cricketism at CDAC, Bangalore in 2007, where they were involved in system study, design specification, and coding using UML extensively.

Manasingarao then joined CDAC (formerly known as NCST) as a Senior Technical Associate in Mumbai and Bangalore, focusing on Research and Development in software technology. Manasingarao contributed to creating cutting-edge information technologies and offered training for government and industry.

In 2008, Manasingarao worked on the Project Pravaah at C-DAC (Formerly NCST), designing a workflow management system using JBOSS jBPM. Manasingarao was responsible for system study, design specification, and creating use cases, sequence, and class diagrams.

From 2007 to 2011, they worked at CDAC(R&D) as a Project Associate and completed a Full-Time Post Graduation Diploma in Software Technology. Manasingarao also gained experience in various upcoming and cutting-edge technologies with diverse domains.

In 2011, Manasingarao joined Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Consultant, where they served as a Tech Lead for Deutsche Bank in Germany. Manasingarao played a significant role in the bank's digital transformation for its Business Service Layer, focusing on Corporate and Retail Banking.

Currently, they are involved with Cision as a Director of Engineering, leading the development of data science/analytics/insights SAAS and BI tools that support the Global Insights line of business. This role requires him to steer the development of software that enables strategic content distribution, identification of key influencers, and the measurement of impactful PR and marketing communications.

Manasingarao Shitole completed their FPGDST (Fast Track Graduate Diploma in Software Technology) from C-DAC (Formerly NCST) in the year 2007. Prior to that, they attended State Technical Engineering in 2005, where they focused on subjects such as Science, Maths, and English. Manasingarao also obtained a degree in AMIE (Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers) from the Institution of Engineers (India). Additionally, in July 2010, Manasingarao Shitole obtained the SCJP (Sun Certified Java Programmer) certification from Oracle.
