Matthew Robarge has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Matthew currently holds the position of VP, Global Controller at Cision, where they oversee the global accounting function and manages a team of approximately 130 employees. Matthew'sresponsibilities include managing various accounting processes, such as general ledger, order to cash, accounts payable, reporting, revenue accounting, treasury, payroll, and transformation. Prior to their role at Cision, Matthew served as the Corporate Controller at NOVAVAX INC. Matthew also has substantial experience at Cvent, where they held roles such as Senior Director - Assistant Controller, Director - Assistant Controller, and Director of Technical Accounting. During their time at Cvent, they were involved in a wide range of activities, including overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, leading M&A activities, and conducting accounting diligence. Before joining Cvent, Matthew worked at National Student Clearinghouse as a Controller, responsible for financial statement preparation, accounting staff coordination, and tax filings. Matthew began their career at KPMG US, where they served as an Audit Senior Manager, leading financial statement audits and providing guidance to staff and clients.

Matthew Robarge earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In May 2007, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Virginia Board of Accountancy (VBOA).
