Michael Fitzpatrick

Michael Fitzpatrick has a diverse work experience in tax and finance roles. Michael is currently employed as the Tax Director at Cision since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Interim CFO at Clark Foam Products Corporation in 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Transdev North America as a Senior Tax Director, bringing nine years of industry experience and over 10 years of public accounting experience. Michael also held the position of Tax Director at Transdev North America from 2010 to 2017. Before joining Transdev, they worked as a Senior Tax Manager at Crowe from 2008 to 2010 and as a Tax Manager at UHY LLP, Certified Public Accountants from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, they gained experience as a Trader at International Trading Group,® L.L.C. from 2005 to 2006. Early in their career, they held the role of Tax Manager at Deloitte from 1999 to 2004, and worked as a Tax Staff at Altschuler, Melvoin, & Glasser from 1996 to 1999, as well as at Comdisco, Inc. from 1992 to 1996.

Michael Fitzpatrick attended Eastern Illinois University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting. Michael has not obtained any additional certifications at this time.
