Nrupa K. started their work experience in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative at Hudson News and Euro Café. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Rogers Communications as a Customer Solutions Specialist. Then, from 2018 to 2019, they worked at GLENTEL Inc. as a Customer Service Sales Specialist. In 2020, they joined Nabler as a Client Success Specialist until March 2022. Currently, they are working as a Client Success Manager at Cision starting from March 2022.

From 2011 to 2013, Nrupa K. attended Centennial College and completed a Post Secondary Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
