Ryan Breig

Customer Success Manager, Level 2 at Cision

Ryan Breig has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ryan started their career at Community High School District 99 in Downers Grove as an Assistant Speech Coach, where they worked from August 2014 to June 2016.

Following that, Ryan joined Massage Envy as a Junior Assistant Manager and Sales Associate, from April 2016 to April 2017.

In 2017, they began working at Cision, starting as a Media Researcher in April 2017 and transitioning to the role of ProfNet Editor in July 2017. Ryan held the position of HARO Editor from July 2018 to September 2019, and then became a Media Research Specialist from April 2019 to September 2019. Ryan also served as a Client Data Specialist from September 2019 to October 2022. Currently, Ryan holds the position of Customer Success Manager, Level 1 at Cision starting from October 2022.

In addition, Ryan has worked as a Freelance Writer since April 2018. Ryan also briefly worked as a Web Editor at Oyez Review from January 2020 to May 2020.

Ryan Breig received a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Creative Writing from Roosevelt University, where they studied from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Elmhurst University from 2010 to 2014. While at Elmhurst University, they focused on Musical Theatre and also pursued minors in English and Dance. In addition to their formal education, Ryan obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in November 2022.
