Victoria S. has had a diverse range of work experience in the field of HR. Victoria most recently served as the HR Director for the UK and UAE at Cision since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the People Director for EMEA at Encompass Digital Media, Inc. from March 2020 to May 2021. From 2015 to 2019, Victoria held two roles at Shiseido, including Senior HR Manager for the UK & Ireland and Senior HR Manager for Europe - bareMinerals. Victoria also gained experience as an HR Manager at Paperchase Products Ltd from 2012 to 2015. Victoria S. completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Sociology with Human Resource Management at the University of Bath from 2002 to 2006. Victoria then pursued a Master's degree (MA) in Personnel and Development at the University of Westminster from 2007 to 2009. Victoria obtained their Student Member certification from CIPD in 2007 and became an Associate Member in 2009. Victoria also received the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect certification in November 2015. Victoria'slatest certification is the Chartered Member from CIPD, which they obtained in 2019.
