Wlodek Chimiak

Wlodek Chimiak is a seasoned product design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and driving product innovation. Currently serving as Product Design Manager at Cision since August 2023, Wlodek leads a team dedicated to Cision's Insights products, participating in the R&D leadership team to influence product roadmaps. Previously, Wlodek spent over six years at Brandwatch, where responsibilities included managing the product design team and enhancing processes for the Brandwatch Consumer Research product. Earlier roles included Lead UX Designer at StoryStream, where Wlodek shaped the design vision for the SaaS application, and Senior UX Designer at Bite Studio Ltd., contributing to high-impact projects for clients like Porsche. Wlodek began a freelance career as a UX Designer and Front End Developer prior to formal employment, achieving notable projects such as the City Council Brighton & Hove application. Wlodek holds an MA in User Experience Design from Kingston University and a 1st Class BA (Hons) in Digital Media Design from the University of Brighton.
