Bryan Nelling

Bryan Nelling is a dedicated client services professional with extensive experience in customer service and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Client Services Representative at Cisive since February 2022, Bryan previously held the position of Quality Assurance Analyst at America's Pharmacy Source, LLC., where responsibilities included reviewing and evaluating inbound and outbound calls to ensure high-quality customer service metrics. Prior to that, Bryan spent over eight years at Universal Electronics, initially as a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist/Sales Consultant, contributing to call center growth and aiding customer service representatives, and earlier as a Bilingual Technical Support agent for English and Spanish speaking clients. Bryan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Youngstown State University in 2010.
