Gresh Chander

Gresh Chander has extensive work experience in employee background verification operations. Starting in 2015, they worked at PeopleStrong as an Operations Intern. Gresh then joined AuthBridge Research Services in 2015 and held various roles, including Associate, Senior Associate, and Lead in Employee Background Verification Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for handling teams, mentoring new members, and ensuring verification processes were carried out according to client guidelines. In 2019, they moved to iVerify Research Services as the BGV Lead, where they managed a team, improved operational management systems, and ensured operational targets were met. Most recently, in 2021, Gresh Chander joined Cisive as the Lead US BGV Operations.

Gresh Chander completed a post-graduate diploma in management with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from ISBM Gurgaon in the years 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Prince of Wales College, Jammu (GGM Science College). They also completed their high school education at SRML Higher Secondary School, Jammu, during the period of 2007 to 2009, with a focus on Geology/Earth Science and Mathematics. In addition to their formal education, Gresh Chander has obtained various certifications in leadership, data analysis, and preventing discrimination and harassment from institutions such as Coursera, Thomson Reuters, Skillsoft, and Ira Edu-Tech.
