Lisa Roman

Lisa Roman has a diverse background in marketing and sales operations. Lisa began their career as a Senior Writer at Ernst & Young, where they worked on the National Account Proposal team. Lisa then joined Computer Associates as an AVP of Marketing, where they expanded strategic partner relationships and wrote marketing materials for flagship software solutions. Lisa later became the Director of Marketing at AccountantsWorld, creating communication initiatives for tax and accounting software clients. Lisa then joined Honeywell-ADI as the Director of Marketing Communications, leading a global re-branding campaign and managing a team of marketing professionals. Currently, Lisa is the Director of Sales Operations/Business Development at Cisive, where they help develop strategies to engage clients in solving their HR process problems.

Lisa Roman has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Communications from New York Institute of Technology, a Master of Science (MS) degree in Education from Dowling College, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from Stony Brook University.
