Mark Castro

Mark Castro is an experienced operations and HR professional with a strong background in managing teams and improving processes across various companies. Mark served as Operations Manager at Convergys from March 2004 to March 2014 and held key roles at Reed Elsevier Philippines, including Operations Manager II from June 2015 to January 2018. Additionally, Mark's expertise includes significant positions at BHP, serving as Human Resources Operations Manager and later as Manager of HR Operations, where notable achievements comprised the migration of HR operations and enhancements to service performance. Mark also worked as Head of People Services, APAC at Cushman & Wakefield from September 2022 to October 2023 and briefly as Regional Head - APAC and General Manager - VP at Cisive in August 2025. Academically, Mark holds an M.B.A. from the University of the Philippines - Diliman and a B.A. in Social Sciences from the University of the Philippines.
