Mike Ensor

Mike Ensor has extensive experience in operations management and the technology-driven workforce risk management industry. With a career spanning over a decade at leading companies, Ensor served as Manager of Technical Services at St. Jude Medical from March 2008 to March 2013. Subsequently, Ensor held significant roles, including Director of Operations at The Scott Fetzer Company from March 2013 to March 2019, Assistant Vice President, Head of US Operations at Sterling from March 2019 to November 2020, and Executive Vice President, Head of Global Operations at HireRight from November 2020 to January 2025. Currently, Mike Ensor is the Chief Operations Officer at Cisive. Additionally, Ensor is a cofounder of GnomGnoms, LLC, a social entrepreneurial venture focused on developing premium teething products for children while supporting childhood hunger initiatives in the United States. Mike Ensor holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tulane University and an MBA from Kennesaw State University.
