Currently serving as the Assistant Operations Manager at Cisive since April 2021, Paul leads a multifunctional operations team overseeing over 20 associates across several Southeast Asian countries. Previously, Paul held various managerial roles at Refinitiv, where responsibilities included managing teams, ensuring quality assurance, delivering KYC services, and driving operational improvements. Paul's career began at Thomson Reuters, progressing from a Research Analyst to a Supervisor, emphasizing leadership, development of team skills, and client-focused solutions. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Management from Anglia Ruskin University and relevant certifications from the University of Cambridge and Chung Ling High School.
