From May 2020 to September 2021, they served as the Senior Director/VCISO at Critical Start. Before that, they were a VCISO for multiple clients from September 2018 to April 2020. Cecil P. worked as the Chief Information Security Officer, Managing Director, and Chief Security Strategist at Cyber Watch Systems from April 2018 to April 2020. Cecil also holds the experience of being the Chief Information Security Officer at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) from April 2016 to April 2018. Additionally, they have held managerial positions concerning IT risk, compliance, and information protection at GameStop, TXU Energy/Energy Future Holdings, Aviall (a Boeing Company), and CVS Caremark Corporation.
