John Benoit

John Benoit is a Service Quality and Complaints Commissioner with a diverse background in finance and education. They held various roles from Personal Banker to Financial Services Manager at the National Bank of Canada and later worked as an Underwriter for Export Development Canada. Benoit has also been a Personal Financial Advisor at Desjardins and a Manager at CISSS de l'Outaouais focusing on Health and Safety, as well as Learning and Development. Currently, they serve as a part-time Professor at Collège La Cité and are pursuing an MBA and a B.Sc. in Information Management Systems at the University of Ottawa.
