Laurence Barraud

Laurence Barraud is a seasoned healthcare executive in the Quebec health network, with extensive experience in project management, medical affairs, access, education, and research. They held leadership positions at the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux du Québec from 2019 to 2022, and at CISSS de l'Outaouais from 2015 to 2019, where they focused on education, university relations, and research. Laurence also managed medical affairs at CSSS de Gatineau between 2006 and 2013 and led programs at CSSS Jeanne Mance from 2001 to 2005. They earned a master's degree in health administration from Université de Montréal and a doctorate in general medicine from Université Paris V.
