Led by the Chief Technology Officer and managed by the IT Manager, the team handles system architecture, security protocols, and technology strategy. The IT System Specialist maintains system performance and reliability, while the Senior Support Team Lead coordinates technical support, ensuring clients receive prompt and effective assistance.
