David Singer

David Singer is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Chief Counsel at CIT Rail since March 2007. Prior to this role, David practiced law at DLA Piper from September 1996 to March 2007, where responsibilities included serving as an attorney in the firm's Finance and Corporate practice groups.
