John Posdon

John Posdon is a seasoned professional in internal audit and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Professional Practices at CIT since October 2010. In this role, John oversees quality assurance reviews, develops training courses, and maintains NASBA licensing for continuing professional education. Responsibilities also include updating audit policies, preparing management reports, and coordinating disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the internal audit department. Prior to CIT, John held positions as a Professional Services and Training Manager at AIG and as a VP and Audit Partner at JP Morgan Chase, contributing extensive auditing experience to his career. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
