Jonathan Sweeney

Jonathan Sweeney has extensive experience in internal audit services, currently serving as Audit Director at CIT since 2010, where responsibilities include leading audit activities for Global Business Capital Finance and Commercial Finance teams, encompassing risk assessment and control evaluation. Prior to CIT, Jonathan held the position of Senior Audit Manager at AIG from 2006 to 2010, executing annual audit plans and supervising audits across various corporate functions. Jonathan's career began at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where a Vice President role involved leading audits in the General Services Department, along with prior experience as Assistant Vice President in the Branch Risk & Compliance Review Department. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Florida International University - College of Business.
